Easter and Instagrams!

My post today today is a little bit of this and a little bit of that! First I have an altered little Easter box perfect for little treats! I painted the wooden box white and sanded the edges a bit to distress it.  I added a pretty image from Crafty Secret's Bird's and Blossoms Creative Scraps for the window. The bunny was cut using my Cricut, the Kate's ABC's cartridge, and felt from Papertrey Ink.  I wanted to dress up my bunny a bit so I added a pearl for his little pink nose and a pom pom for his tail.  The flower was cut using the Flower Shoppe cartridge and kraft paper.  I added a bit of pink twine to finish him off.
The sides of the box were covered with a bit of paper I printed using Crafty Secret's Vintage CD collection. I also added vintage lace and some pom poms for fun!
Am I the last person on this earth to have discovered Instagram?  I got the I-phone for Christmas and LOVE taking pics with it!  There is such a fun retro quality to the pictures!  I have seen many bloggers taking the Instagram a day challenge and thought it was kind of a fun way to document our every day lives.  So I am attempting to play along!  Here is my cutie pie pup, Skippers.......love him!
And this is a glimpse into my class room......my desk....my messy desk.......*sigh*
And last but not least.....my 15 year old cooking for himself.  He loves to play and experiment with food....which is great! (As long as he cleans the dishes afterwards! ; )
Okay, I have a question for you now.....do you know of any programs out there that are photo collage programs?  I would love to be able to put my Instagrams into some type of photo collage.  Photoshop offers a few, but not necessarily the ones I would like.  If you know of any, can you please let me know?  I would appreciate any info you can give me!
Thank you so much!
Have a great day!!!

This is the cutest little Easter box, that bunny looks great cut from the PTI felt!!! As for photo collage programs.....I don't know of any programs, but I've seen some collages on the Kerri Bradford Studio site that are really neat, she calls them storyboards I think......

That box is just so pretty! I love it! Your classroom view makes me miss my teaching days! *sigh* I know you can do some sort of collage in Flickr, but I think it's pretty basic. Not sure what else is out there other than doing it by hand.

I think Picasa can handle collages. Not sure though. Completely love the box...it looks like a timeless, well taken care of treausre and not something you just finished up. Really gorgeous.

The box is amazing! You are always so clever! I wish I could figure out the felt. I think I am using the wrong kind or something. It just never cuts right. Love your design!

the box is adorable! You are certainly not the last to learn about instragrams --- I've had an iphone for years and I've never heard of them!! Such a techno loser!
Love seeing your classroom and dog - and always love seeing your kids :-)

Super box!
as for the photo collages, I agree with first commenter... I have purchased some of Kerri Bradford's to use in Photoshop, but if you need on your phone I just came across a free app called frametastic (there is a paid upgrade but free will do)
